I worked on these images to help promote Dennis Group in specific market segments and for use in collateral more generally. The concepts were mostly geared toward what could only have been achieved in 3D or in real life. I avoided concepts that would have been easily done in photoshop (though, admittedly, some would fall into that category). My goal was to get people to double-take and ask, “Wait, how did they do that?”

I created the burger and globe images in order to find ways to represent what Dennis Group did without being overly literal (a particular tendency for engineers). I used a burger because it was a holdover from old marketing materials that senior employees felt were part of the DG culture. I also wanted to use bright, fun color and a slightly less than photorealistic style to help drive home the point that these images require some interpretation, and aren’t entirely literal.
